Coloring...what a wonderful thing

Elaine has discovered something new that she really enjoys, coloring. Whenever Henry sits down at the table to color she joins him. The problem is, she likes to chew on the markers. Then her tongue, lips and face change color, not the paper.

Henry's thoughts...

This picture is in Elaine's baby book. Next to it we have the question, 'Do you like the taste of fingers?'

Recently, Josh and Henry were looking through Elaine's baby book and when they came to the picture Josh said, 'Do you like the taste of fingers?'

Henry responded, "No." With fingers in his mouth.

Josh asked, "Why are they in your mouth?"

Henry said, "I always want to taste them. I just try them everyday, but I don't like them."

Crash on Highway 169

Here they are for all the world to see, pictures of our van and the lexus the hit us.

I heard a car approaching and then a wump, everything went black, then the kids were crying the van was in a different spot.

Here are Henry's comments:
It was a bang! I didn't hurt anything. I rode in Grandma's blazer.





Elaine and Josh had a conversation about the accident.
Josh: Were you in an accident?
Elaine: Yeah and head nodding
Then she made a "vroom" noise followed by "crash"

We are all fine. I have a slight concussion, a bump on my forehead and a very sore left arm. The kids are doing great.
