It was fitting that Elaine said the word "happy" for the first time on Mother's day. She said "happy" ... "mommy"... "day". It was so cute and I loved it.

Yeah! Josh is permanently partially disabled

Josh received a call from his attorney on the labor and industries claim last week. The state has now closed his case with a category 3 permanent partial disability rating. Now FedEx has 60 days to appeal the decision or they can just leave it alone. Please pray they will not appeal and this will be over by the end of June.
He has also contacted the insurance of the individual who ran into this FedEx truck to close that claim. Pray for wisdom as we deal with the claim manager.
